Bordertown golf club recently held a Sip n Swing event. It was run on a Thursday night over 3 weeks. Many ladies took up the challenge to have a go and a lot of fun was had. The nights involved some practise on the putting green and practise fairway before moving on to play a few holes in an Ambrose format. As it was a huge success, the ladies match committee agreed that follow up sessions needed to be held. It was decided that we should hold a casual ambrose day on the first Sunday of each month for whoever wants to come along.
